Generate Your First API Key

To begin using the Dialvox.ai services, you'll need an API key. This key is unique to your account and allows you to make authenticated requests to our API. Here's how to generate it:

  1. Sign Up or Log In: Visit app.dialvox.ai (opens in a new tab) and sign up for a new account or log in if you already have one.
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard: Once logged in, go to your account dashboard.
  3. API Keys Section: Find the API Keys section in your dashboard. This is found under "API Keys" on the navigation menu.
  4. Create Key: Click on the "Create new Key" button. This will open a pop up to start the creation process.
  5. Configuration: Assign a name to your key that will help you identify its use case, and select the duration for the key's validity if you want it to expire after a certain time.

Note: Never share your API key publicly as it gives access to your Dialvox.ai account.

Phone Format

When making calls using Dialvox.ai, it's crucial to use the correct phone number format to ensure successful connections. The required format is:

00 + Country Code + Phone Number
  • 00 is the international access code.
  • Country Code is the specific code for the country you are calling. For example, "1" for the USA or "55" for the Brazil.
  • Phone Number is the local phone number you wish to call. Use regional codes if needed

Example for a US number: 001234567890

Test Calls
